Shipping policy


Shipping Within India

  • We provide FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599 (unless otherwise mentioned).
  • Orders are dispatched within 2–7 working days.
  • We use trusted logistics partners, but if your location is outside their service coverage, we will contact you to arrange the best possible alternative.
  • Shipping is free only once. Additional delivery charges will apply on exchanges, reshipping, or redispatch.
  • During festivals, adverse weather, or emergencies, shipments may be delayed. We will do our best to deliver your order on time.
  • We currently accept prepaid and COD orders.

🚫 No exchange or return is offered on:

  • Products purchased using additional discount coupons.
  • Bags, accessories, jewellery, or related items.

International Orders

  • International orders are accepted only via our official Instagram DM (@rivasa_byriya). Kindly message us with your preferred design and size, and our team will assist you.
  • International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, calculated zone-wise.
  • Import duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • 🚫 No exchange, return, or refund on international orders.

Important Note

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. Rivasa is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to incomplete/incorrect address, it will only be redispatched once the customer pays ₹150/pair as additional charges.
